In order to provide customers with a fully integrated solutions, we established R&D Center is where we test and demonstrate the product applications that can effortlessly be implemented in manufacturing environments based on the different links from raw material selection, the relevant laws and regulations, the application recipes, and different marketing channels.


The R&D Center is the core entire strategy,focusing on expanding applications markets and offering the prefect product,service, and to offer the better food solutions and innovation to our customers.

MEAT / POULTRY / SEAFOOD

We have meat specialists with a combined experience of well over 20 years in the industry who understand the complexities of meat processing.

Work experience and expertise of our meat specialists include, amongst others, production management, research and development, quality assurance, factory management, new product development and technical management.The meat applications pilot plant located within the Regional Applications Centre has equipment that allows us to manufacture all types of processed meat, poultry and seafood products.

This includes fermented products as well as canned meat products. Some of the specialised equipment we have available include,but are not limited to:

DAIRY PRODUCTS:

We have the ingredients, facilities and expertise to assist food processing companies to develop new products and bring them to the market place.We offer global support in the areas of processed cheese, cream cheese and cheese sauces.Our Dairy Specialist has over 20 years’experience in the dairy industry, working in various countries and in various roles, implementing a range of dairy specific solutions for customers.
