The Brand SINOWELLS PRO-80 & S'PRO85 is natural isolated pea protein with 18 amino acids extracted from Non-gmo peas using advanced technology,offering a high level of functionality and nutritional benefits,is appropriate for use in a broad range of foods and beverages where protein supplementation is required.
It is free of lactose,cholesterol and anit-nutritional factors,is allergen free used for the health foods and protein beverages which requires allergen free and clean label.
The manufacturering procedures of pea protein includes separating, homogenizing, sterilizing and spray drying. It’s yellow and fragrant with pea taste and has over 80% protein and 18 amino acids & vitamins without cholesterol. It has good gelatinization and water-solubility including dispersibility, stability and dissolution.
Our brand protein can be used in vegetable protein beverages(peanut milk, wheatmilk and walnut milk, etc.), health food & beverages and sausages based on its good water-solubility.It can also be used to increase protein content and stabilize quality in the milk powder processing filed (infant & student formula milk powder and milk powder for the middle-aged and senior).
